Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of blakemckay.com and any purchase from Blake McKay, a brand of Pinnacle Brand Group Inc. ("we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

An order is accepted when we ship it. We may cancel an order for a pricing or stock error, suspected fraud, or if we cannot ship to your address; you will be refunded in full. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude tax, which is added at checkout.

Promotions

The rotation discount (15% off two pairs, 20% off three or more) applies automatically to eligible items in one order and does not combine with other codes. Welcome codes apply to one full-price pair per customer. Sale prices shown with a former price reflect our regular price for that item over a substantial period before the markdown.

Stock and shipping messages

"Only N left" and "sold out" messages reflect our live inventory when the page loads. Shipping cutoffs reflect our actual warehouse schedule on business days.

Shipping, exchanges and returns

Shipping is free on orders of $150 or more and $8 under that. Exchanges and returns are free within 30 days as described in our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Repeated returns of worn pairs may result in refusal of future orders.

Accounts and conduct

Keep your account details accurate. Do not misuse the site, attempt to access other customers' data, or resell our products in a way that misrepresents them.

Intellectual property

The site, photography, copy and marks are ours or licensed to us. You may not reproduce them without permission.

Warranty and liability

We stand behind the quality of what we make; contact us about any manufacturing defect within 90 days. Beyond that, products are provided as described, and to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the price you paid.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy policy.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, unless applicable consumer law gives you another option.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date.
