This Cookie Policy explains the cookies, pixels and similar technologies used on blakemckay.com (the "Site"), which is operated by Pinnacle Brand Group Inc. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect and your rights.

1. How your choice works

When you first visit, a banner asks whether to allow Statistics and Marketing technologies. Nothing in those categories loads until you choose Accept, and rejecting takes one click, just like accepting. Your choice is remembered in your browser so we do not ask on every page, and you can change it at any time from "Cookie preferences" in the footer of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale or sharing and keep marketing technologies off.

2. Necessary (always on)

These keep the Site working and cannot be switched off.

  • Shopify (our store platform): your bag, session, checkout, account sign-in, security and fraud prevention.
  • Consentmo (our consent banner): remembers the choice you made in the banner.

3. Statistics (only with your consent)

  • Google Analytics: tells us, in aggregate, how many people visit, which pages they view and how the Site is used, so we can improve it.

4. Marketing (only with your consent)

  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram), including the Meta Pixel, advanced matching and the Conversions API: measures our ads and helps show you relevant ads. As described in our Privacy Policy, some activity is also sent to Meta from our store's servers, with contact details in hashed (scrambled) form, and only if you have accepted marketing technologies.
  • Google (Google Ads): measures how our ads perform and helps show you relevant ads.
  • Pinterest: measures our ads.
  • Klaviyo: shows sign-up forms and connects your visit to email or text messages you have signed up for.
  • Wisepops and Hello Bar: show sign-up offers.

5. Only when you use them

  • Live chat (Gorgias): loads only when you press Chat and then Start chat.
  • Reviews (Yotpo): reviews on product pages are shown without setting cookies. Yotpo's own script loads only when you write a review or accept marketing technologies.
  • Returns and exchanges (Loop): its script loads only when you arrive from a Loop exchange link.

6. Saved on your device

To make the Site easier to use, we keep a few things in your browser's local storage, such as your last chosen size and width, recently viewed styles, and whether you have dismissed our sign-up offer. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.

7. What we do not use

We do not use session recording, and we do not use tools that record your mouse movements, clicks, scrolling or typing on the Site.

8. Your browser controls

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, your bag and checkout will not work.
