Refund policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return your shoes for a full refund within 30 days of the original shipping date. The returned shoes must be in unworn, new condition and in the original packaging. We accept returns from products purchased at our online store only. We do not accept returns on items purchased at one of our retail partner stores.

Return shipping is always complimentary. Please request a return label through the Contact Us page and be sure to include your order number. We will respond to return requests within 24 hours with a prepaid return label.

We will notify you via email once your returned items have been received and inspected by our warehouse. If the items meet the return criteria specified above, your credit card will be refunded within 7 business days of receipt.
