Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

Blake McKay, a brand of Pinnacle Brand Group Inc. ("we," "us," "our"), operates blakemckay.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or buy from the Site, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us: when you buy, create an account, sign up for email, contact support, leave a review or use live chat, we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number and order details. Payment card details go directly to our payment processors; we never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, time on page and similar activity, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies (see section 3).

Information from others: payment processors, marketing platforms and analytics providers may share information with us about your interactions with them.

2. How we use it

To fulfill orders, exchanges and returns; to answer your questions; to send order updates; to send marketing email and SMS when you have agreed to receive them; to improve the Site and our products; to prevent fraud; to administer reviews; and to meet legal obligations.

3. Cookies, tracking and your choices

Necessary: keep your bag, session and checkout working. These cannot be switched off.

Statistics: help us understand how the Site is used (Google Analytics).

Marketing: help us show relevant ads and measure them (for example Meta and Google).

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept, reject or choose. Statistics and marketing cookies are set only after you accept them. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie preferences" in the footer of every page. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of sale or sharing.

Preferences stored on your device: to make the Site easier to use we keep a few things in your browser's local storage, such as your last chosen size and width, recently viewed styles, and whether you have dismissed our sign-up offer. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the store, and only as needed for them to do that work:

Store platform and checkout: Shopify (Shopify's privacy policy). Payments: Shopify Payments, Shop Pay and other payment providers. Shipping: our carriers. Email and SMS: Klaviyo. Customer support and chat: Gorgias. Reviews: Yotpo and Klaviyo Reviews; a review you submit, with your first name, may be shown publicly. Returns and exchanges: Loop. Analytics: Google Analytics. Advertising: Meta and Google. Sales tax: TaxJar. Sign-up forms: Klaviyo and Wisepops. Cookie consent: Consentmo.

These providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Your privacy rights

Everyone: wherever you live, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, and opt out of marketing at any time.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you also have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes and the categories of recipients; to delete and to correct it; to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; to limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it for purposes that require this); and not to be discriminated against for using these rights.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising cookies may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out, use "Do not sell or share my personal information" in the footer, set "Cookie preferences" to reject marketing, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser.

In the past 12 months we collected: identifiers (name, email, address, phone), commercial information (purchases, products viewed), internet activity (pages viewed, searches, interactions with the Site) and approximate location inferred from IP address.

To make a request, email support@blakemckay.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with your written permission.

6. How long we keep it

As long as needed for the purposes above. Order records are generally kept for at least 7 years for tax and accounting. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Cookie data follows each provider's cookie duration.

7. Security

The Site uses encryption (TLS) and payments are processed to PCI-DSS standards. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Children

The Site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Other sites

Links to other websites are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.

10. Changes

We will post any changes here and update the date at the top.
