HELP! WHAT'S MY SIZE?
Check out our Size Chart section for details on size. Should you have any questions, we encourage you to reach out to our Customer Service Team who will be happy to help you. Keep in mind we offer free shipping and free returns on all orders in case the shoes don’t work.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay and PayLater.

WILL I GET A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WHEN I ORDER?
Yes! An order confirmation email will be sent immediately upon ordering with a copy of your receipt included in the body of the email.

WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. The moment your order is processed for shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

WHEN WILL I GET MY SHOES?
Depending on the shipping option you selected at checkout, your order will be delivered anywhere within 1 to 7 business days after the order processed. Please note all online orders are typically processed Monday through Friday within 1 to 2 business days. Orders with overnight shipping are not guaranteed to leave same day. If you are at all concerned about your order, please contact our Customer Service Team and we can advise you on the progress of your order.

                                              SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RISK OF LOSS
We are not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen after leaving the Blake McKay facility. Risk of lost/stolen goods purchased from blakemckay.com transfer to the recipient upon delivery of your items from our facility to the carrier. Should anything happen to your order after it has been delivered please file a claim with the delivery service. 

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?
We offer FedEx ground, 2 day or overnight shipping for all continental U.S. orders.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
FedEx ground shipping is complimentary on all orders shipping within the U.S. Overnight and 2-day shipping are also available for an additional fee depending on your geographical location.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
For security reasons, we do not ship to any P.O. Boxes at this time.

DO YOU SHIP TO HAWAII AND ALASKA?

Yes, we offer complimentary Fed Ex Ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Fed Ex 2-Day is also available for $55.00 and Fed Ex Overnight is available for $70.00.

DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?
Yes, we have partnered with DHL to offer shipping to our customers in Canada for a flat rate of $60. Please enter your address at checkout and select DHL as your shipping method. 

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
At this time, we only offer shipping to the U.S. and Canada. 

I MADE A MISTAKE. CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Because all orders are immediately sent to be processed, making any changes to your order can be difficult. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us right away and we'll do our best to help. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Blake McKay purchase; therefore, we gladly accept returns on any merchandise purchased from the Blake McKay website within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item(s) must be in its original packaging and in unworn and unused condition. Any item(s) received after 30 days will only be eligible for store credit.

To start your return, click here and have your order number ready. Once approved, you'll receive an email confirmation with your pre-paid return label and tracking details. Be sure to save your confirmation email for your records before dropping off your return package at a FedEx Drop Box or FedEx store. 

You'll receive an email notification as soon as your returned item(s) have been received and quality inspected by our team. If the item(s) meet the return criteria specified above, your refund will be issued back to the original method of payment within 7 business days of receipt. 

If you receive an incorrect item or if the merchandise is damaged or defective in any way, please contact us immediately by emailing support@blakemckay.com. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, misuse, or accident, will not be considered defective and will be unable to be warrantied.

CAN I RETURN MY SHOES PURCHASED ON BLAKEMCKAY.COM TO A DSW STORE?
No, if you purchased your shoes directly through our website, you will only be able to return them to us following our return policy above. 

IF I PURCHASED MY SHOES FROM DSW, CAN I RETURN THEM HERE?
No, if you purchased your shoes from DSW, you will need to follow DSW's return policy and instructions, which can be found here

IF I RETURN MY SHOES, HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN THE PACKAGE IS RECEIVED?
You will receive an email notification when your return package is received by our carrier service at our facility.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Your refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt of your return, and you will receive an email verifying issuance of the refund.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY ACCOUNT?
You can access your account at the top right hand corner of any page of our website.

WHAT CAN I DO IN MY ACCOUNT?
With a Blake McKay account, you can check the status of your order, view your tracking number, and update/change personal information including your billing and shipping addresses.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT DO I DO?
