Please note all online orders are typically processed Monday through Friday within 1 to 2 business days. Orders with overnight shipping are not guaranteed to leave same day. We are not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen after leaving the Blake McKay facility. Risk of lost/stolen goods purchased from blakemckay.com transfer to the recipient upon delivery of your items from our facility to the carrier. Should anything happen to your order after it has been delivered please file a claim with the delivery service.

We offer FedEx ground, 2 day or overnight shipping for all continental U.S. orders.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
FedEx ground shipping is complimentary on all orders shipping within the U.S. Overnight and 2-day shipping are also available for an additional fee depending on your geographical location.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
For security reasons, we do not ship to any P.O. Boxes at this time.
DO YOU SHIP TO HAWAII AND ALASKA?
Yes, we offer complimentary Fed Ex Ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Fed Ex 2-Day is also available for $55.00 and Fed Ex Overnight is available for $70.00.
DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?
Yes, we have partnered with DHL to offer shipping to our customers in Canada for a flat rate of $60. Please enter your address at checkout and select DHL as your shipping method.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
At this time, we only offer shipping to the U.S. and Canada.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Blake McKay purchase; therefore, we gladly accept returns on merchandise purchased from the Blake McKay website within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding sale). The item(s) must be in its original packaging and in unworn and unused condition.
Any item(s) received after 30 days will only be eligible for store credit.

If your item(s) was purchased from our retail partner, DSW, you will need to take the item(s) to DSW in order to determine the best course of action in accordance with their return policy.
Returning your BlakeMcKay.com merchandise is simple and complimentary. To begin processing your return, please visit our Returns Page
and have your order number and email address ready. Once you have located your order, please follow the instructions and submit your return request. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation with your pre-paid return label and tracking details. Be sure to save your confirmation email for your records before dropping off your return package at a FedEx Drop Box or FedEx store. You may select an alternative carrier of your choice; however, you will be responsible for the cost should you use a carrier other than FedEx.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your returned item(s) have been received and quality inspected by our specialists. If the item(s) meet the return criteria specified above, your refund will be issued back to the original method of payment within 7 business days of receipt.
