We want you to be completely satisfied with your Blake McKay purchase; therefore, we gladly accept returns on any merchandise purchased from the Blake McKay website within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item(s) must be in its original packaging and in unworn and unused condition. Any item(s) received after 30 days will only be eligible for store credit. If an item is marked 'Final Sale' it is ineligible for returns or exchanges.
To start your return, click here and have your order number ready. Once approved, you'll receive an email confirmation with your pre-paid return label and tracking details. Be sure to save your confirmation email for your records before dropping off your return package at a FedEx Drop Box or FedEx store.
You'll receive an email notification as soon as your returned item(s) have been received and quality inspected by our team. If the item(s) meet the return criteria specified above, your refund will be issued back to the original method of payment within 7 business days of receipt.
If you receive an incorrect item or if the merchandise is damaged or defective in any way, please contact us immediately by emailing support@blakemckay.com. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, misuse, or accident, will not be considered defective and will be unable to be warrantied.
